Most insurance policies require regular monitoring of properties and homes while they are uninhabited. Most insurance providers require checks every few days, please check with your provider to confirm the required interval.

I will meet with you to customize a plan which meets your individual needs, then create a checklist of essential services to maintain your home properly. 

For example, I will walk your property outside checking for any fallen debris and any exterior damage to your home. I will keep check on any wildlife moving in when you're not there and look for signs of anyone else being on the property. 

In the summer we offer property maintenance if needed. Inside during the walkabout, your home is again surveyed for any disruption or damage out of the ordinary keeping an eye on whether your home is functioning the way it should be. 

In the winter months it's mandatory to have your sidewalks cleared for the safety of your neighbours, we can provide this service. It is especially important to have a home visit during a power outage to check your appliances and services. If the police are needed to come to the home (whether for an alarm or break-in_ I will meet with them and help with any reports required for your property. 

We can also be available to open up your home for contractors, real estate agents, serviceman, and any other service required.
